Regardless of how the Scottish referendum goes tomorrow, I’m taking it as an opportunity to celebrate the country’s spirit and culture. So here’s a playlist with some of my favorite Scottish musicians. There’s folk, indie, pop, rock and EDM in the mix. Enjoy!

Benjamin Booker performs “Have You Seen My Son” for NPR Music outside one of the secluded secret tunnels in the heart of Fort Adams State Park after his set at this year’s Newport Folk Festival.

He also manages to drop his tuner down a storm drain.

Vance Joy performed “Ripetide” on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” this week! I’ve been listening to this song since January and I heard it performed live in June at Firefly so it’s cool to see him on national television (in the U.S.)!
